Messages to management

The contact and maintenance forms collect the name, email address, property address, topic, and message you provide. KMOS Properties uses these details to respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and review feedback.

Forms are sent to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to management. FormSubmit may show a spam check. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for its handling practices.

Keep sensitive information out of forms

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, bank information, identification documents, or screening reports. These forms are not rental applications.

Resident and applicant services

When connected, TurboTenant will handle its own account access, screening, lease, and payment workflows under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not process rent payments or store those records.
